I would like to cancel an order?

If an order status is showing as pending contact us straight away and if the order has not yet been sent we will cancel and full refund you.

I would like to return an item?

If you have changed your mind after receiving the order you may request to return the order within 14 days of the order date. You will then have a further 7 days to return the goods at your own cost (faulty goods can be returned for free). Please use the contact us page to advise if you would like to return an item. When returning items they must be in the same condition as they were received.

Faulty / Broken Goods?

Please report Faulty or broken goods within 48hrs after receiving them using the contact us page. We may require a photo of the broken item and if so will advise when contacing us. Generally faulty goods will not need to be returned and either replacement items will simply be sent out to you or you can receive a refund.
