Postage
Where do you ship from?UK.
Within the UK for heavier orders a courier called APC will be used and for smaller orders a courier called Whistl.
For international orders we generaly use DHL
How quicky do you deliver?
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 days. The shipping times will depend on what country you reside in.
Shipping is calculated by destination, and postage band. If you add the items you wish to purchase to the cart and then click the shipping destination to the right on the cart page and the site will advise the shipping cost.
Tracking?We offer tracked shipping to the UK and certain parts of teh world.
Some products such as Pure Essential oils, Organic essentail oils or products which contains alcohol such as Aroma Mists or Perfumesare are classed as dangerious goods and can only be delivered by road only which depending on your location may impact the delivery time.
Orders shipped outside the UK may need to pay an import charge and/ or Tax based on the order value of your order. If so you will be contacted by your local courier before delivery with a request of payment.

I would like to cancel an order?If an order status is showing as pending contact us straight away and if the order has not yet been sent we will cancel and full refund you.
If you have changed your mind after receiving the order you may request to return the order within 14 days of the order date. You will then have a further 7 days to return the goods at your own cost (faulty goods can be returned for free). Please use the contact us page to advise if you would like to return an item. When returning items they must be in the same condition as they were received.
Faulty / Broken Goods?Please report Faulty or broken goods within 48hrs after receiving them using the contact us page. We may require a photo of the broken item and if so will advise when contacing us. Generally faulty goods will not need to be returned and either replacement items will simply be sent out to you or you can receive a refund.

When you buy goods from a country not your own and products are delivered from that country to an address in your country, this is by definition importing.
YOU as the person buying the products are the importer.
Import Duty and Sales Tax Charged By Your Country: Some countries charge tax on certain imported products, at certain quantity/value levels. Some countries do not. You are responsible for finding out the situation in your own country.
Whatever you order from us, we will send you. We won't enforce any rules so it's up to you to make sure that what you are buying is OK to import in your country.
Many countries charge two kinds of tax when you import anything from overseas. These are (1) Sales Tax (VAT); (2) Import Duty. Usually these taxes are not very high,and the tax is calculated according to the value of the goods (+ shipping sometimes). On the other hand, many countries do not charge any tax on certain types of goods, or on small shipments.
